How long until you ship my order after I pay for my items?
Processing times are 1-4 days after payment is received. I strive to package and ship the day after payment is received but there may be circumstances that arise that hinder that.
Do you allow returns/refunds?
No unfortunately. All sales are final.
Do you edit the photos/videos of your crystals?
Absolutely not. There is nothing more annoying than buying a crystal thinking it looks one way, and then in person it's completely different.
How do you price your inventory?
Everything is priced competitively based on weight, quality, and rarity.
Is my package insured by USPS?
Yes. Flat Rate Boxes are insured up to $100. If any additional insurance needs to be added (for purchases valued over $100), we will cover it at no cost to you!
